A multi-page website for a family-run scissor and clipper-blade sharpening business, with server-side enquiries and a booking flow built on OFnorth Desk.

The client
NESS is a local, family-run business sharpening scissors and clipper blades for hairdressers, barbers and dog groomers across Aberdeen and the North East. They needed a website that explained each service clearly and made it easy to get in touch or arrange a sharpening.

What we delivered
A responsive multi-page website with a page for each service, a service areas page and an enquiry form on the contact page. Enquiries are delivered server-side, so they reach the business reliably.
Alongside the website we built an online booking flow on OFnorth Desk: customers choose a sharpening appointment and pay a deposit, which is deducted from the service price.
StatusNESS currently runs enquiry-first, by business decision. The booking flow is switched off and kept in place, ready to be turned back on.
