Yes. Plenty of enquiries start that way. Tell us about the business and what you're trying to achieve, and we'll suggest the right approach. You don't need the right words for it.
No. It helps to know roughly what you have, such as a logo, photos or text, but you can send an enquiry before any of it is finished. We can help with words and images if you need it.
Yes. The enquiry form lets you attach images, PDFs and documents such as a logo, a brand guide, a brief or screenshots. Files are stored privately and only shared with the VISORA team.
We read every enquiry and aim to get back to you quickly, usually within a working day or two. If something is time-sensitive, say so in your message and we'll do our best to help.
VISORA is based in Aberdeen. We work with businesses and organisations across Aberdeenshire and the rest of Scotland, and remotely where that suits the project.
Every project is different. If you give us a rough idea of what you need and your budget range, we can recommend the right approach and prepare a clear quote. There's no charge for the quote.
We review the details, and if anything is unclear we'll ask a couple of follow-up questions. From there we'll usually suggest a next step, such as a quick call or a written quote. Anything you upload stays attached to your enquiry.
